Endless printing blanket for flat-bed screen printing machines, indexing the fabric one repeat at a time under stationary screens — flat, accurate and washer-friendly.

A flat-bed blanket stops and starts at every repeat, so it must index exactly the same distance each cycle and lie dead flat under the screens and squeegee. Poor flatness or a raised joint shows up as screen marks, uneven print and repeat errors.

Most flat-bed printers run water-soluble glue with an in-line blanket washer; a face that wets out evenly and washes clean without swelling keeps the glue film uniform and extends blanket life.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. A thin base coat of thermoplastic or permanent adhesive under the water-soluble glue gives more even adhesion and protects the blanket surface.

Avoid acetone and similar strong solvents, and never roughen the surface with emery paper. Test any stripper or remover on the blanket edge first.
