Digital Textile Printing Belt (Adhesive Belt)

Endless conveyor blanket for belt-type digital textile printers, holding stretch and knit fabrics flat on a heat-activated or permanent adhesive layer under the print heads.

Inkjet heads sit very close to the fabric, so the belt must be flat, even in thickness and advance in exact steps — otherwise prints show banding or head strikes. A low-stretch carcass and a smooth, flat joint matter most.

Belt-type digital printers wash ink off the adhesive belt on every revolution, then dry and pre-heat it, so the belt face has to survive constant washing and repeated re-gluing without swelling or losing adhesion.

Usually a worn or contaminated adhesive layer, or a belt not reaching adhesive temperature. Clean and re-coat the belt, and check the pre-heater and washer settings.
