Rough-Top PVC/PU Belts — ConveyPro Systems

Textured rough-top belts for incline transport of cartons and packages without slip-back. Available in fine and coarse top patterns.

Also known as: Rough top conveyor belts, Incline conveyor belts, Grip top belts, Textured top belts

Rough-top belts have a textured, sponge-like top cover that grips cartons, bags and parcels, stopping them sliding back on inclines and declines. They are the usual choice for inclined parcel conveyors in e-commerce and courier hubs, packaging end-of-line systems, airports and warehouses.

The textured surface also cushions products and works well where items must be held steady at transfers or during accumulation. Fine patterns suit lighter cartons and smoother running; coarse patterns give maximum grip for heavier or irregular items.

We supply rough-top belts cut and joined to length, with finger joints or mechanical fasteners, and can advise on the maximum incline for your products.
