PU Conveyor Belts — DERCO, Holland

Polyurethane conveyor belts offering excellent abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and FDA compliance for food-grade applications.

Also known as: Polyurethane conveyor belts, PU belting, Food grade PU belts, Light conveyor belts

DERCO PU conveyor belts combine a polyurethane cover with a polyester fabric carcass. Polyurethane is tougher than PVC against abrasion, cuts, oils and fats, which makes these belts the standard choice for food processing, bakery and confectionery lines, and for packaging and pharma conveyors where the belt must stay clean and odour-free.

Belts are available from thin, flexible constructions for small knife-edge transfers to heavier multi-ply belts for wider, more loaded conveyors, with smooth, matt or patterned top covers to suit the product.

We fabricate belts to size in our workshop — endless finger-jointed, with cleats, sidewalls or V-guides welded on — and supply open rolls for your maintenance team.
