PU round and V belts are extruded polyurethane cords that are cut to length and heat-welded endless in minutes — often without dismantling the machine. That makes them the standard answer for long multi-strand conveyors, roller drives and light power transmission where downtime for belt changes must be short.
In beverage plants they carry cans and containers on low-friction, non-scratching strands and drive live-roller sections and labellers; in tile plants several parallel strands carry tiles through wet glazing lines; in warehouses they drive line-shaft and roller-to-roller conveyors. Polyurethane resists abrasion, water, oils and most cleaning agents and runs quietly.
Diameter and hardness are chosen for load, pulley size and speed. We supply belts by the coil for maintenance teams to weld themselves, or cut and welded to length, and can advise on groove profiles and pre-tension.

The two ends are melted with a heated welding blade, pressed together and allowed to cool, giving an endless belt. With the right tool a joint takes a few minutes and can be made on the machine.
